What’s involved in a cremation?
Many people choose a cremation over a burial, and if it’s something you’re considering, we can help. The cremation usually takes place at one of the local crematoriums. Our funeral directors can transport your loved one, with the option of additional vehicles to transport friends and family as part of the procession.
The service will last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the venue, and during this time you can arrange to have readings from an officiant or celebrant. Your choice of music can also be played as part of the service.
For those looking for a more intimate service for up to 20 people we have our own private chapel for hire. Please contact a member of the team for more information.

Our cremation fees include:
- All professional services relating to the administration and registration of the cremation, in line with statutory regulation
- The provision of music during the funeral service
- The sensitive handling of the cremation in line with environmental legislation

We can help you plan the cremation and the service.
